Wife, mother, poet, fairy tale writer, and teacher at the Children’s Health Center
I’m Anna Paradowska – wife, mother, poet, fairy tale writer, and teacher at the Children’s Health Center.
I treasure the beauty of simple moments: morning coffee, laughter with my husband, bedtime stories with my daughter, and the quiet grace of worship.
When I’m not teaching or writing, I seek out wonder in everyday life, weaving faith, love, and hope into everything I do.
"The Red Dress: A Journey of Faith and Poetry" is a captivating collection that invites readers on a spiritual journey unlike any other. In this book, Anna Paradowska shares her deeply personal experience of encountering God and the profound transformation it brought to her life.
At the heart of this collection is the title poem, "The Red Dress," a poignant and moving piece that reflects on the idea of dying to one’s old self and being reborn in spirit. It serves as a powerful metaphor for the awakening of faith and the renewal it brings.
Through her poetry, Anna writes with wonder, vulnerability, and awe, inviting readers to walk alongside her in this intimate exploration of belief and transformation. Her words, though deeply personal, resonate universally, offering hope, comfort, and a reminder of the extraordinary power of faith.
Whether you are a devout believer or simply curious about the role of faith in our lives, "The Red Dress: A Journey of Faith and Poetry" is a beautifully written and profoundly inspiring collection that will linger in your heart long after you’ve turned the final page.
THE VIRTUOSO
There is a Pianist playing music in dreams.
Delicately pressing the keyboard of the soul,
sipping an impossible future for the imagination,
tuning each sound to
You.
THE RIVER FROM PARADISE
I stand between heaven and earth.
I am a gate through which the river flows.
There is no beginning or end.
It sparkles with rainbow colors,
and they become full of life,
glitter and rise above the water.
THE LADYBUG
In a straw hat,
caring for the black dots,
the ladybug settled
on the roadside leaf
and looks:
the beauty of green in the sun,
flowers, shrubs, and meadows.
